Before you give me that look, let it be known that this is a great technique for developing extreme core strength. The challenge of yoga is fierce enough as it is. For those that feel that yoga is just another thing you do, we would strongly suggest trying SUP Yoga to test your abilities. Don't get me wrong though, there are beginner classes for this trend and is not only for extreme yoga professionals. Sadly it does require water. So if you are not near a lake, river or beach, you may find it hard to find classes to participate in this new exercise. However, its popularity is growing so fast that some gyms actually offer small classes in gym swimming pools. How popular you ask?
